Ordering from Sigmatrade is easy: browse the products, add the ones you want to the quote request, and send the form. We get back to you with a personal quote.

Minimum order quantities vary by product. For most, the minimum is one pack (e.g. 50–1,000 units depending on the product). Exact pack size is shown on each product.

You can request a quote in three ways: 1) Add products to the quote cart and send the form, 2) Fill in the contact form at the bottom of the page, or 3) Email myynti@sigmatrade.fi.

We reply to quote requests personally, our contact reviews the request and gets back with a personal quote. For urgent cases you can also reach us directly by email.

Our selection includes thousands of products, and not all of them are shown on the site. It's always worth requesting a quote even if you can't find the product on the pages. With the quote, our salesperson will also suggest alternative products if needed.

For give-away products such as pens, keychains, and other lower-price-tier items, the minimum order is typically 50–100 units. The exact minimum is confirmed per product with the quote.

All prices in our quotes are stated without VAT. Applicable VAT is added at invoicing.

Our selection covers many materials: cardboard, bagasse (from sugarcane), birch, bamboo, rPET (recycled plastic), PP plastic, paper, aluminum, and bioplastic. Sustainable options such as bagasse, rPET, birch, and bamboo are clearly marked on the product cards.

Bagasse is a fibrous material produced as a by-product of pressing sugarcane. It's biodegradable and compostable in industrial conditions. Bagasse products tolerate heat and cold and are a good alternative to traditional plastic packaging.

Yes. Modern sustainable materials like bagasse, rPET, and birch are as functional and durable as conventional options. Bagasse bowls are suitable for hot foods, and rPET products are as clear and durable as regular plastic. Exact temperature limits confirmed in the quote response.

The EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR, in effect from 12 August 2026) sets new requirements for packaging recyclability and reuse. Sigmatrade already has a wide range of PPWR-aligned products. We're happy to help find the right solutions.

We deliver to all of Finland as well as Sweden and Denmark. Delivery charges are calculated based on order size and destination.

Lead time depends on the product and printing, stocked items ship faster, custom orders scale with the order. Typically 1–12 weeks. The exact schedule is confirmed in the quote.

We deliver through reliable freight partners directly to your address. For larger orders, pallets are delivered by truck equipped with a tail lift.

Our standard payment terms are 14 days net. For special orders, payment terms are confirmed with the quote.

Bulk orders always carry a ±10% delivery tolerance. This is due to the nature of manufacturing and printing processes, small differences between ordered and delivered quantities are normal in the industry, and the tolerance is factored into pricing.

Yes! We offer custom packaging with your logo, paper bags, pizza boxes, cups, napkins, and labels. Ask for details in a quote request and tell us which products you want branded.

Minimum order for custom products varies by product. We state the exact minimum in the quote.

1) Send a quote request describing your needs, 2) You receive a quote and material samples, 3) You approve the proof, 4) Production starts, delivery time is agreed in the quote, with the order moving into production right after proof approval.

The logo can be applied to the product by embroidery, printing, or engraving. The technique is chosen based on the product's material and the logo's suitability. Printing options include silk-screen, pad, and digital printing, as well as laser engraving.

The logo should be sent as a vector file, in pdf, eps, ai, or similar format. A vector file ensures the logo scales accurately for printing regardless of product size.

Logo colors should be provided to us using PMS (Pantone) color codes. Pantone codes ensure that the final product's colors match your brand's palette precisely.
